Each year three memebers at @cfessex organise a charity Crossfit event throughout November.
WOD-vember takes place to pay respect to fallen heroes with a Hero WOD every day of November.
They produce a gym T-shirt each year for the event with ALL proceeds going to Veterans Charities. The first 3 years they raised a few grand for H4H, and last year they switched to Pilgrim Bandits.

PLEASE NOTE: To reduce costs and increase the money for the charity they print to order. So, Orders will be taken up until 22nd Oct only, then a one-off print run completed and T-shirts sent out, hopefully in time for Remembrance Day. Well, that's the plan!
