I have had a little cold this week, and after training hard for five days, this weekend needed to be about rest! Listen to your body, and when it is asking for a break, don’t feel guilty. Take a bath, watch a movie, meditate, read a book... do whatever it is that helps you feel calm and grounded.
That way, you can put back on your dancing shoes ? when it is time to boogie!
