Today I launched a program very near and dear to my heart . A women empowerment initiative named Pressure Makes A Diamond ... I launched it in Queens with a beautiful group of young women...... We all talk about the struggle ... But .. what about who you become after the pressure ... If you stick in there you become a Diamond . I’m here to encourage that growth in our communities . To talk about insecurities , toxic relationships , career , etc . I am filled with sooooo much joy after speaking to the young women I spoke to today. You guys are brilliant and beautiful ?
