The big American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP) @catfriendlyhomes conference is going on this weekend in Charlotte.
There are 85 exhibitors who have products that HELP the welfare cats and make their lives healthier. ❤️
Then there is Ellman who is promoting their radiofrequency unit for DECLAWING cats! ???
Yep, how could AAFP, the CAT FRIENDLY Practice organization, allow Ellman to promote this inhumane & mutilating procedure at this conference? ??????
In the bottom right of Ellman's display board, there's a photo of a DECLAW, and at the front of their table there's a video (bottom photo) playing of how to amputate a cat's toe bones and claws with their radiofrequency unit.???
Maybe the answer is because the majority of AAFP's CAT FRIENDLY PRACTICES DECLAW CAT$. ??
Yep, AAFP allows declawing at their CAT FRIENDLY practices.
Sickening, shameful, and appalling if you ask me.?
Shame on AAFP for allowing Ellman to promote this inhumane and mutilating procedure at their conference.
