this summer, i was fortunate enough to be able to visit the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. while in Pine Ridge, i met various people apart of the Lakota tribe. it was a transformative experience meeting so many strong and positive individuals despite the many difficulties and hardships they face on a daily basis. we bonded over a song that i wrote in order to endure many challenging times in my own life. thanks to @bobbyhanaford we were able to create a visual project that i am most proud of.
