Making @1stphorm optigreens50 superfood supplement a part of my daily routine is one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself.
I’ve been pretty lucky in my life to have sailed through without ever really facing any serious health issues, for the first time this year a couple of things have come up for me including investigating my celiac/gluten intolerance/digestive issues and also now finding out about some other stuff I’ll be sharing more about once I get more info (nothing life threatening or too serious, thankfully!).

Having a network of people to connect to and count on to help me stay accountable and on track and feel supported has quite literally changed my life as it’s assisted me in changing my focus and it’s challenged me to stay committed.
