Releasing these little hatchlings into the sea, where they will begin life on their own. Hoping that these currents will carry them safe into the ocean.

Its an emotional moment- only one in a thousand make it to adulthood. These already endangered turtles are easy prey to hungry crabs and birds if they get washed back up on shore, and even if they make it out to the waters, they are often threatened by human pollution and countless sea predators.
Touched by the passionate team @Seatru_umt (Sea Turtle Research Unit), Asia’s only conservation and protection program, whose work focuses on protecting turtle eggs from human poaching and consumption and reducing waste in the ocean.
