Guys, let me tell u.. I came so ready to hit some hard core steps in @taiwanwilliams777 class and then THIS HAPPENED!!! It was something I didn’t expect at all, but it turned out to be such a fulfilling class for me.
It’s THE VIBE!!! It’s about sharing and experimenting new ways of moving our bodies. What I also appreciate is that it was slow haha so I could actually enjoy the movement and sit in that pocket where everything just feels so good. ☺️
