Last night at @アカデミー賞’s 2018 new member induction! Academy members are the folks that vote to determine which projects and actors are nominated for and awarded Oscars each year. The Academy’s CEO Dawn Hudson said that this is the most diverse class they’ve ever inducted - which is so necessary to make sure that movies featuring people of color are 1)seen and 2)considered for nominations and awards! A huge step in the right direction. Kudos to @noimnotacelebrity for always pushing the culture forward in this super important space! #Oscars #TheAcademy #diversity #albrightfashionlibraryla
