This time last year I was feeling pretty crumby with undiagnosed prenatal depression (that I felt too scared to tell anyone about) and incredible fear of birth. If this is you, let me reassure you that everything turned out well- better than well in fact. One mornings like this I look at Pearl and want to cry I'm so glad it all worked out happily. I had a wonderfully empowering birth thanks to my gorgeous midwives Jane and Paula and my hypnobirthing coaching from @thepositivebirthmama and post partum I've felt confident, able and positive.

Basically, if you're feeling a bit sub par, in whatever area of life, have faith- it'll get better.
