✨ Ingredients (for baking sheet size 24 x 19 x 3.5 cm):
· Graham cookie ... 100g
· Butter ... 80g
· Cream cheese ... 200g
· Matcha powder ... 10g
· Matcha powder (for topping)
· Sugar ... 75g
· Fresh cream ... 100ml
· Milk ... 100ml
· Yoghurt (plain) ... 50 g
· Powdered gelatin ... 10g
· Hot water ... 30ml

✨ Directions:
1. Crush Graham cookies in a Ziploc bag, add melted butter and mix.
2. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and put it in a refrigerator.
3. Mix the cream cheese (room temperature) using an electric mixer. Gradually add matcha powder, sugar, fresh cream, yogurt, milk, and dissolved gelatin (hot water + powdered gelatin).
4. Pour the matcha cream cheese mix on top of graham cookie mixture.
5. Cool for about 2 hours in a refrigerator.
6. Sprinkle the matcha powder on top and enjoy!
