One of my goals this year was accept and love myself and my body. One year ago I looked completely different. I was scared of getting tanned so my skin was pale, I was worried about calories, carbs, macros, so I was stuck in my 45 kg and I wasn’t as happy as I am now. Loving yourself is a journey and you need to work on that, but seriously when you reach that goal everything looks different and better. #loveyourself #body #love
