Ingredients
1lb of Flank Steak
1 bag of gluten free corn chips
2 cups of Low Fat Mexican Shredded Cheese
1 can of refried beans
Two tablespoons of Extra virgin olive oil
3-4 avocados for guacamole (recipe on iG)

Recipe
1. Slice flank steak into cubes for small bites
2. Pan sauté and add seasonings (preferred temp)
3. Layer baking sheet with foil and add chips
4. Top with refried beans and cheese
5. Add steak
6. Continue layering and top with jalapeños (optional)
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minute or until cheese is melted
8. Top with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole
