Began my fitness and lifting journey in 2012, started competing in bodybuilding in 2013, shifted to Crossfit/weightlifting in 2017 🏋🏻‍♀️ Currently workout about 5 times a week (sometimes less, sometimes more) for about 45 min. . The majority of my diet is nutrient dense with protein and tons of greens 🥦 I stay away from gluten, dairy, and soy (personal preference... they don’t work for me). I keep sugar very minimal. I still have my treats and drink alcohol and enjoy life, just not everyday. I don’t care about the number on the scale, I care about how I FEEL and maybe make adjustments based on how I look. I don’t count macros, more of an intuitive eater. I don’t follow a specific diet and I have 3-4 meals a day. . My relationship with my body has never been healthier 😍 I eat to fuel and perform. I workout to be strong and healthy. I also LISTEN to my body and don’t over do it. If I need time off, I take time off. I love it for keeping me alive so I honor anytime I feel I shouldn’t push it... but never out of laziness 😉 of course. . I share this because I want to inspire others to have a balanced approach ⚖️ and healthy relationship with themselves. You don’t have to beat yourself up for that pizza or cake, or workout 3 hours a day, and you are not defined by the number on the scale. YOU. DO. YOU.
