Do weights make you bulky? Let me set this straight. You will NEVER “turn into a body builder” if you train with weights. This is actually an insulting thing to say to everyone in the body building industry. That’s like saying you will “turn into” a surgeon if you put a bandaid on someone’s finger. It’s takes SO much time, effort, training and resilience to do body building. It’s basically a full time job ONTOP of their jobs already. In relation to my programs, using weights for 28 minutes 3-4 times per week combined with cardio with absolutely NOT make you “bulky” - AT ALL. Weight training does NOT do that. Also, your body does not change overnight, so if you start something for a few months (minimum amount of time) and don’t like the results ... you have the option to change.
