singing away to a song I wrote last year in NYC called ‘black and blue’. it’s not on my upcoming album but I love it and it’s about a time when my confidence was really low and I had a voice in my head saying ‘you’re shit’ all day every day. your own thoughts are really powerful and changing the way I speak to myself up in there was very helpful. not everything you do is gonna be great ofcourse but it’s worth a try. it’s also #worldsuicidepreventionday today and I just wanna remind you that you’re wonderful and loved. ?
