Hey guys! Thursday is an EXTREMELY important election in New York State and thanks to my amazing pal @michaelcavadias, here’s some guidance to help the liberal minded at the polling station! There is so much on the line from stronger rent laws, single payer health care, to the reproductive health act. Here is who I am voting for or would vote for if I was in the district. I’m particularly focused on the statewide candidates, @シンシア・ニクソン, @Jumaane.Williams and @ZephyrTeachout and NYC-DSA’s amazing candidate @salazarforsenate. Other candidates I’d recommend (including all the State Senate candidates running against the IDC members) are all on the “cheat sheet” above. Polls are open from 6am to 9pm on Thursday. Call 212 VOTE NYC if you need help finding your polling place. If you can’t make it that day you can go to your borough Board of Elections and vote early. You must be a registered #Democrat to vote in the primaries.
