A big part of mental health awareness is suicide prevention. Something that is still not openly spoken about but prevalent in our communities today. This too, is very dear to me. I want to bring to light that suicide can be avoided.

If you are in need: seek for help, have yourself treated, speak to someone about it, take proper medication and value your own happiness.

If you know someone in need, extend your hand out to them. Be your most gracious and patient self. These people need it the most.
