If an overall Movie budget of 250 million...... 50 may go to the actors and director and overall “talents the other 200 goes to the CREW... In every department this is HUGE guys........ I hope all studios take this PLEDGE!!!!! I’ve done movies are very big scales and if we have a crew of 700 it’s 99% white ( these are facts..) - hair, markup, wardrobe, transportation dept, lights, grips, electronic dept, designers, builders etc..... We all wanna feed our families I appreciate the “diversity” change that’s happen amongst minority’s ON camera and directors etc.... It’s time to spread that same love all across the board!!
