The next time I allow my tummy to not look like this guys @johnnoblejn best have put a baby in it!!! ?? I’ve struggled this summer, my head’s been in a funny place as I’m sure you all know- I had more important things on my mind than scales and flat stomachs. I wanted, no, needed to be around my friends and family drinking rosé wine and eating nuggets. Then I filmed this great show but that schedule was so hectic that although I was in a slightly better place I still wasn’t dealing with things. But over the last month or so, I’ve pulled myself together- having the great north run to train for has been a huge motivator. Woman cannot run on rosé alone. ?? Also, I’ve found a couple things that really work for me and I want to get the message out there. Maybe start a whole new page dedicated to my fitness journey as I get ready to become Mrs Noble (eeeeekkkk!!! That sounds so grown up!! ??) Would you guys be interested in that?! Would you follow it?! Anyway, I just wanted to finish by saying I found getting back into my fitness pretty tough this around (I am no spring chicken ??) so I don’t intend on letting it slip, but if I do, or when I have a baby.. I’ll deal with the change in my body. Because that’s life. Things happen, stuff changes, we aren’t in control of everything. And although I’m buzzing like an old fridge with this photo and how hard I’ve been working- there a more important things in life than (almost) having abs! ???‍♀️ I hope you all have a lovely evening ? ps my face is burnt in this picture (I know) ??
