LISTEN UP ? @thebrandxmethod is coming to @platform1440 #sanjose 9/28-30 @avayastadium ??? READ WHY ??? One of the MAJOR reasons we created #p1440 was to help address the rampaging problems surrounding youth training, over training, mindless training, confusion and burnout within the younger generation.
We live in the age of specialization and of single-sport focus, which is creating specific problems (over-use injuries, lack of mobility, poor movement patterns, lack of foundational strength, etc.) for these young athletes; Combine this with the sedentary nature of school and of the gaming craze, our children need an intervention and they need it fast.
We want to help equip our #p1440 community with a variety of tools, experts and sustainability//optimization minded protocols that will allow ALL to not only prepare themselves to better carry the load and burdens of their sport/jobs/lives, but to also take better control of the quality of their lives and training via actual experiences and immersions with our experts. #Autonomy is what we want to deliver.
The #BrandXMethod will be on-site with us in San Jose (& at each event!) and they will be guiding your kids (of ALL ages) through awesome fitness and movement explorations and activities that will leave them sweaty, engaged, inspired and ready to add more PLAY//MOVEMENT into their daily lives.
We are here to plant seeds and to help foster a curiosity about the inherent potential that exists within each of us. #curiosity can lead us to powerful places in life, especially when the piquing is being administered by the best in class, like Jeff + Mikki Martin and crew.
