Done with my @suryaspaayurveda panchakarma day 1!!! I had so much oil poured over my body and head and in my hair while getting massaged and then also an oil enema?! There was a weird detox ionic bath thing I soaked my feet in and the water turned dark green and brownish (toxins!) Then they fed me a delicious vegan lunch. A little unclear how this heals my sinuses but it's a 3000 year old method so something must be working.?? I will let you know!! #ipaidforthis
