Feels after work this weekend☀️☀️☀️
Cohosting a workshop with @jordancohayney @thecacaoclub on embodied expression and opening the conversation around how we relate to pleasure, intimacy and healthy sexual expression in today’s culture.
It has felt scary to share about this part of my life journey, but it feels like the right time to challenge myself to open my expression around this topic.
My interest in this work began with studying psychology through university 4 years ago, but more and more I have shifted my focus into expressive embodiment modalities as this is where I’ve found the greatest breakthroughs personally.
After 6 years working in a profession (modeling) that is so based on striving for external validation of beauty and success,
This work feels so close to my heart and so important in today’s social climate,
It’s helped me heal my relationship with my body and expand my comfortable range of authentic expression,
It’s brought more fulfillment into all areas of my life and helps me enjoy modeling in a new way too as I grow to love my body and my unique expression ⭐️ I don’t wanna get too cheesy but I really want to encourage people to let go of what you have been told that success looks like #FINDYOURPLEASURE and #DOWHATLIGHTSYOUUP
