#fbf I’ve always believed in the power of speech. At this point in my life I had only danced & rapped in local talent shows. Actually I made it to showtime at the Apollo by then but that still wasn’t a guarantee. It was amateur night. But it was national TV so it gave me hope. When taking senior pics for the yearbook I decided to make a bold statement about my plans. Knowing that I HAD to make it happen or I’d look like a damn liar. And if I didn’t fuck with me heavy, who else would? So the very life I’m living today was a product of what I spoke & wrote into existence. If only I could go back & talk my hairstyle OUT of existence. But I blame @バスタ・ライムス . Still a huge fan of that dude. Moral of the story is... SPEAK LIFE!! ???????
