Almost 9 months postpartum and it feels like yesterday when little teeny was just chillen in there kicking me to death ready to pop out. Lol! I am so happy with all the progress I've been seeing in my BBG workouts and diet routine. I get so many messages and emails asking for tips - do you guys want to see more content around this? The BBG workouts, cutting out grains and keeping the sugar to a minimum has been a game changer for me to lose 55 pounds I gained in my pregnancy and get in my best shape! I still enjoy grains (if I want them) and indulge a little on the weekends. Honestly I'm so happy I got myself to a place where I feel amazing. No gimmicks. No short-cuts. No face-tune. Just a committed mama here putting in the hard work and dedication everyday (insta story fam knows!). I am currently on week 14 of #BBG 2.0 after completing 2 rounds of #BBG 1.0 in the Sweat app for those asking. Love my girl @ケイラ・アイトサインズ for motivating me and so many others on the daily!
