Some much needed speed training before World Championships! It’s amazing to see the official @ifsclimbing auto belays from @perfect_descent ; definitely the cream of the crop. Here’s a pretty average run in the realm of 8.5 seconds

I still have so much to learn on this route which could easily shave a second off my times. The trick is when to train it, with my injury this year I had to make sure lead and boulder were still in good standing!
