It's getting cosy!! I'm starting to feel really ready to tackle some of the bigger issue video topics that I've had on my list for months and years. Last week I spoke about my PTSD Post Birth experience and have been blown away by how many of you related to it. I'm so pleased that we're talking about maternal mental health more and I'm even more that I can say for sure that it's possible to overcome, heal and be truly happy.
