Yesterday was an amazing day. My good friend and incredible host @stoopidtall took us for a tour of Detroit. We saw his house he is fixing up that has his amazing garden that his girlfriend planted, he taught us how to ride tall bikes... which now that I have ridden one idk how I can ever go back to a normal size bike again, if you haven’t done it and get the chance I highly recommend it. Then we drove around for a while and he showed us all different parts of town until we stopped and went into this incredible abandoned factory and walked all through it. Amazing and sad at the same time, to think about a place so big that houses so many jobs just turned to ruin like that. After all the walking around we headed into downtown to check it out and figure out some dinner, it was way to busy so we headed back outside the city to a little hole in the wall and ate like kings. After dinner we parted ways with Richie and it was time to go see our buddies @discoassault play some music and they let me come up and do some guest vocals for em. It was a hell of a day. Detroit you are a hell of a city and i finally feel like i got to see the real you. Thank you @stoopidtall (Richie) for taking us around and thank you @jpbernier @lucyinthesky002 and @edskeggs for coming out on the adventure :). All in all... killer Saturday and if you haven’t been to Detroit and you have a chance to go you should go. Friendly people and it’s a city on the rise, lots off cool spots old and new and worth checking out. Looking forward to seeing more.
