Check his story out, it is awe inspiring and shows you you really can do the impossible. ? Gaggan went from arriving in Bangkok with 1 suitcase to having the #1 restaurant in the whole of Asia ?. He’s shown the world that Indian food is fine food, not just comfort food. And all in a suuuuuper fun way that makes you feel so included and part of the journey. Truly incredible. PLUS THE MENU WAS IN EMOJIS SO. *not all courses pictured bc we all have lives*
