?? This Matcha Warabi Mochi Parfait will forever change the way you think about brunch! What better way could there be for spending your weekends with friends and families than by making these Matcha Parfaits?! ??

Ingredients
· 1 tbsp Matcha
· 50 g Potato starch
· 20g Sugar
· 300ml Milk
· Matcha (enough to cover the mochi)
· Black honey
· Vanilla Ice-cream (squeeze)
· Fruit salad
· Granola
.
1. Place the ingredients for Warabi Mochi in a pot and turn the heat on medium while mixing. When the mochi starts to thicken, put on low heat for 2 minutes (make sure that the mochi doesn’t burn)
2. Pour into a square pan and wait until the mochi cools (room temperature)
3. Coat the mochi generously with matcha powder. Cut into bite-size pieces
4. Arrange the granola, Warabi mochi, fruits, vanilla ice-cream, and black honey
