在還沒練習瑜伽之前，我也曾經是那個毫無自信，不敢大聲說話的小女生
因為瑜伽讓我真正的認識自己
走入自己的內心，毫無遮掩地去看清楚哪裡需要療癒
瑜伽也帶給我了許多意想不到的驚喜
原來我可以變的很自律
原來不斷的挑戰自己可以激發內心的小宇宙
通過練習不僅讓身體變得更強壯
充實又平靜的內心才是真正快樂的來源
感恩一路以來遇到的好老師
讓我更有前進的力量
將這股正能量傳遞下去

Before I started practicing yoga, I’m the one who was lack of confidence and often afraid to speak up.
Practicing yoga allowed me to get to know myself, where and how I should heal deep inside.

The root of happiness originates from a calm and fulfilling inner self. I feel very blessed to have met great teachers who gave me the power to strive forward and pass on this positive energy to others along my yoga journey.
