When it comes to setting harder problems, for me, I usually am fine with not being able to do the moves or complete the route. Realistically, I kinda know where I stand when put against the top guys here in SG.
l set this on Monday and I was completely okay with not being able to start it. Yesterday I decided I wanted to learn the move - and it happened.

I haven’t been climbing much the last two months or so and when asked about it my default response is that work’s been too hectic.

While that is mostly valid, the deeper truth is that there’s been a lot going on in my personal life - some good things and some not so good things - which is just life, yeah?

Ultimately I have been in some sort of limbo ever since last year’s world cup run, followed by my own decision to step away from competitions. There was always a purpose then, in competing.

I am not so sure what motivates me now, but I will never stop moving.
