Yonnie Hagos born and raised in Inglewood, Ca. He began his career in the hospitality industry at age 18 working security for a popular sports venue in Santa Monica. Falling in love with the business and possessing a natural entrepreneurial spirit, he was quickly promoted to general manager. Through ambition and networking, he fulfilled his newfound dream of becoming a restauranteur, opening his first venue as an owner at the young age of 23. Yonnie would come full circle to purchase the restaurant where he first began his career, The Parlor Hollywood. It was there that he originally met Ajay and together, they began their partnership and Good Vibes Hospitality was born.

Ajay Relan is an entrepreneur, marketing/branding specialist, and proactivist. He was raised in Los Angeles by his mother, an entrepreneur who started her own production services business out of their one bedroom apartment. Ajay began his career on the production side of the entertainment industry before making his way into talent partnerships in the technology sector. He developed an affinity for finding synergies between clients, and utilizing these synergies to build a sense of community through the creation of compelling and authentic stories. His passion for building a sense of community, combined with his love for sports, brought him to the work he would do alongside Yonnie at the Parlor.

After years of running The Parlor and the recent opening of the The Parlor at LAX, the two thought it was time to bring their ability to create community driven experiences back to the community that raised them and created Hilltop Coffee + Kitchen.
