7 MONTHS POSTPARTUM
I'm currently following my Booty Building Guide and eating a lot of whole clean foods so I can gain back the muscle I lost during my pregnancy. I'm really happy and proud of the progress I've made so far but it takes time and consistency. It's easy to be impatient and hard on yourself especially when you're a new mom. I still have days when I don't feel comfortable in my own skin but perfection is impossible and all we can do is our best. That's what I tell myself anyways. I don't like to sound preachy I just had more to say today.??
