I was terrified of this waterfall yesterday. Water so cold, crushing the surface like a hammer. Made me feel that I must go under it and overcome the fear. I tried it and I made it under for a second. Tried again and again and in the end I could stay for longer under the waterfall. It seems such a small accomplishment but it damn is a big accomplishment for my heart and mind.
