Apparently, on this day ✨ August 8th ✨ some pretty wonderful things happened in the sporting world. @Jordan + #thedreamteam won gold in the ‘92 Games. In ‘08 @mistymayvb @phildalhausser @toddjrogers & I won gold in Beijing. In ‘12 #MisticalMay & I competed against @エイプリル・ロス + @jenniferkessy to take home #gold & #silver for our great country ?? These were good days ?
My Olympic journey started with #MichaelJordan He rocked #9 while repping #TeamUSA and he inspired me to do the same. It’s pretty cool to look back at where things got their start .... I wore #9 at @mittyvolleyball @stanfordwvb & @teamusa @USA Volleyball all because of the ? and the seed he planted in my head as an 8th grader ??? #onward #inspirationabounds Ms. @miahammofficial played a HUGE role in #9 as well ??
