Try taking a few minutes to yourself in the a.m before checking your texts/emails etc. You’ll be surprised what a difference it makes on the rest of your day. I like to meditate for 5 minutes & then check my phone when I’m eating breakfast. (Yes I make time for that now.) ? It’s such a better way to start your day rather than stressing over emails & then getting behind schedule dealing w/them! #tuesdaytips
