Every year the competition gets harder. Every year the margin for error decreases and small missteps are even more costly.
You have to believe that you’ve done everything to prepare yourself for what’s to come and follow through and execute. You have to be fit and smart enough to seek out the luck, to make your move at the right time, and run with any momentum you gain.
I’m so proud to be amongst the 5 fittest girls in the world - even if I would have wanted more, there is no shame in sitting behind those ladies. That being said, THIS MADE ME WANT IT EVEN MORE.
