This is one meal that you can add almost anything to and it can feed your whole family. ?
If you're trying to keep it on the healthier side, I suggest using seasoning that doesn't contain sugar (#flavorgod), I used moderate amount of grapes (bc of the sugar they contain), if you like mayo, use one made with avocado oil and cage free eggs. Add in some veggies and healthy fats, perfecto!! ?
What I love about this meal is that you don't HAVE to eat it with bread. You can choose lettuce wraps, whole grain crackers, cucumber slices, or just eat it out of the bowl! ?
