So grateful for my awesome training partners, coach @dannytmackey and also for the good workouts!
Last week I had a terrible workout of 300s and for one of the first times in a while I couldn't even do the last rep.
.
Whereas today I had one of my best sessions with good times (4x 400m/200m- 1min recovery between the 400 and 200 and 5mins between sets)
.
I've learnt over the years not to worry about the odd bad session as your next one might be one of your best ? .
