Let me show you what I have been working so hard on. 🔥🍑 @cheri_fit
For 2 months I consumed 2400 calories a day! It was awful, my stomach always hurt from over eating, but with a high protein intake and a surplus of calories I put on 10lbs of fat/muscle and was improving my weight lifting limit. Then I cut for 4 weeks to 1800 and added an hour of cardio every day, then cut an additional 200 calories for the last 2 weeks right before this picture was taken.
I’m maintaining my 1800 calories a day and weight lifting 5 days a week with 30 minuets of cardio to warm up.

So yes I have been fluffy the last 2 months, but I’m very happy with how my body looks and feels and I’m ready to shoot my 2019 calendar in 3 weeks! Cheers to all the strong curvy women who do it for the gains! 🙌🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 #CheriFit #CheriWomen
