Such happened when I ran out of bread this morning..... Baked (steam-grilled) potatoes using @UchiCook, scooped out and mashed the potates with @johnwestaustralianz tuna with beans and a little bit of Japanese mayo for a smooth texture. Topped with mozzarella & cheddar shreds and returned to uchicook for the melt.
Sprinkles of dried herbs and chilli flakes when served.
