Last week, I rewatched the great movie #ToDieFor. Illeana Douglas is so astonishing in that film alongside the brilliant @ニコール・キッドマン and Joaquin Phoenix. And then the New Yorker story about Les Moonves broke, and I was devastated to learn of yet another artist I love having endured such painful mistreatment and blacklisting.

How many women have been forced out of all kinds of workplaces by discriminatory or retaliatory behavior? While the bosses take home their big paychecks, the women they hurt are deprived of decades of work and salary. #TIMESUP
