I remember once showering myself in Coca-Cola because someone at school said will get you a faster tan. I used to literally fry myself under the sun ? trying to make that golden colour last forever. Sometimes I’ve been late to class because I’d try to squeeze in a sunbath session right before school ( bonkerzzzz!!) . I can proudly say that I don’t do stupid things like that anymore but hey, who hasn’t ? The thing is, absolutely everything your mum advise you against sun exposure it’s true and one day you’ll start to realise that your skin has had enough. Nowadays I still tan but I don’t bake.
