Our unwavering commitment to investment in technology is one of the cornerstones of our business, allowing us to continually push the boundaries of our #textile capabilities. Our second, newly installed ultra-fine jacquard loom in our #Elgin mill is our latest example of this.
This incredible new loom allows us to do 3 things even better than before. We can now weave with double the amount of weft colours than previously possible, a choice of 16 in total. It also enables us to design much more detailed jacquard patterns. And finally, it allows us to weave even finer, lightweight triple cloths that will look and feel exquisite. An exciting opportunity for our #design team to experiment with colour and pattern, so watch this space for our new designs.
