Today is #WorldRangerDay! Taronga Wildlife Hospital veterinarians work very closely with @nswnationalparks rangers, particularly when native wildlife are found that are ill or injured. We also rely on their expertise to help release these animals back into the NSW wild once they have made a full recovery.
With the support of @nswnationalparks rangers in January, Taronga’s veterinary team was able to ensure that the Swamp Wallaby that bounded across the Sydney Harbour Bridge could be released back into the wild after making a full recovery! #ForTheWild
