I felt a spark of creativity this past weekend and brought out from storage my few boxes left of jewels and jewelry making materials to rework this necklace I had made once before. Many many moons ago, I made jewelry under a label called Papillon and was lucky enough to sell it at some boutiques throughout LA. It was always such a cathartic experience; to sit and create with my hands the fun and exciting designs to share with people. I had put everything away and had forgotten that feeling.
I first thought I would simply rework this necklace into something cool for myself to wear and feel that surrounding energy, but then realized that it was to be something that I would eventually share again. I chose to honor these as friendship bracelets and give one away each time I encountered one of my beautiful soul sisters. To help share that goodness of energy and healing that tourmaline brings. To let each one of my girlfriends know how much they mean to me and how much I wish them well.
It’s a wonderful thing to be able to create and give to one another and so with this #FashionFriday, I wish you all peace and healing and hopefully the inspiration to create and share with one another.
