After getting their first taste of climbing, the girls were ready for more. Turns out they are crushers!! Everyone sent harder routes and climbed higher than the day before. In addition to all of the climbing, we snuck in a short hike and by the end of a brief introduction to topographic maps, everyone was able to identify where on the map we were and how far we had walked. Useful things when you are about to embark on a mulit-day expedition in the alpine! After a few days of acclimatizing to the altitude, the team was ready to venture higher! With the help of a group of amazing ladies - our beloved Gear Fairies - who helped carry much of the food and climbing gear into high camp, the team was off!
