1.Begin by blending “Temperature Rising” into the crease. Using “Boudoir” shadow apply to both the inner and outer corners of the eye
2.On a flat brush and “Amber Concealer” apply to the center of the lid
3.Using “Crystal Blue” Pat over top of the Concealer
4.Apply “Crystal Blue” shadow to the center of the lower lash line
5.Blend “Temperature Rising & Boudoir” shadow to either side of the blue on the lower lash line. Apply your wing using “Little Black Dress Gel liner”
