About the project - “The theme of the self-portrait has accompanied my artistic research for many years.
With 33MM I have involved women who are very dear to me. Each of them in a different way has an important place in my life. From mother to assistant, the relationships encountered in this research are blurred.
Together we have sought to make their self-portraits, images which represent them: their strength, their pain, their personality, their sacredness. The resulting work is a great image of femininity, a collection of female protectors, images which invite us to mirror ourselves in them.” #JuliaKrahn
